Draft pending review. This page describes how the website actually works, and the operator, contact address and hosting provider are now stated. Two things are still open: no governing law has been chosen, and no retention periods are set for hosting logs. The contact address also has no mailbox behind it yet, so mail sent there does not arrive. Please treat this as an accurate description rather than a finalised legal document.
These terms apply when you use the free tools on this website. The tool directory shows which tools are ready to use and which are still planned.
What PPC Tools 101 provides
PPC Tools 101 offers small, single purpose tools for everyday marketing tasks, such as building campaign tracking links.
The tool directory lists both tools you can use now and tools that are planned. Anything marked Coming soon does not exist yet, has no page, and should not be relied on in your planning.
Free access, no account
The tools are free to use. The website has no sign up, no login, and no payment. You do not need to create an account or provide an email address to use a tool.
Check the results before you use them
The tools transform the input you give them. They do not validate your marketing strategy, check that a destination page works, or confirm that your tracking is set up correctly elsewhere.
You are responsible for reviewing anything a tool produces before you use it in a live campaign. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate or fit for your particular purpose, and no tool here guarantees that an ad will be approved or that a campaign will perform.
Most of these tools only reformat text you provide. Bulk URL Checker is different: it requests your URLs and reports the HTTP responses it receives. That shows status codes, redirects, and whether tracking parameters survived the journey. It does not read the page, confirm that the content is correct, or verify that any analytics tool recorded the visit.
Content you provide
You keep whatever rights you already have in the text and links you enter. Using a tool on this website does not transfer ownership of your content to the operator of the site.
You are responsible for having the right to use the content you paste in, including any trademarks, copyrighted text, or personal data it contains.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this website to:
- Break the law or help someone else do so.
- Build links or content intended to mislead people, impersonate someone, or support fraud.
- Attack the website or the systems it runs on, including attempts to overload it with automated requests.
- Copy the website in order to present it as your own service.
Intellectual property
The design, text, and code of this website belong to PPC Tools 101, except where third-party components are used under their own licences. Nothing here grants you rights in the website itself beyond using it as intended.
Third-party platform names
Names such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp are used only to describe what a tool helps with. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PPC Tools 101 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of those companies.
Availability and changes
The website is provided as it is, and may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time. Tools may be added, altered, or removed, and planned tools may never be built. No particular level of availability is promised.
Disclaimers and liability
The tools are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent that applicable law allows this. That includes any implied warranty that a tool is accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Some laws give you rights that cannot be excluded by terms like these. Nothing on this page is intended to override those rights, and where they apply, they take precedence.
Governing law
A governing law and jurisdiction for these terms have not been chosen yet. This section will be completed before the terms are published as final.
