How to use this tool
- Choose your currency and pay basis. Use the same currency and the same gross or net basis for every package.
- Enter salary, allowances, and optional details. Open Bonuses & additional details for bonuses, costs, leave, health insurance, and notes.

Common questions
It compares your current job with up to two offers. For each package it adds up guaranteed annual base salary and cash allowances, then shows target bonuses, one-time sign-on bonuses, and the work-related costs you enter as separate figures. Paid leave, work arrangement, health insurance, and your notes are listed beside the numbers without a monetary value.
Either, as long as every amount uses the same basis. Choose Gross (before tax) or Net (after tax) under Comparison settings and the labels follow your choice. Changing it does not convert the amounts you entered.
With Monthly selected, set Guaranteed salary payments per year to 13 and the monthly salary is multiplied by 13. Only do this when the extra month is guaranteed. With Annual selected, enter the full annual figure, including any guaranteed extra month.
No. Target bonuses are kept out of guaranteed annual cash and shown in their own section, alongside annual cash at target. The tool assumes the full target is paid, which may not happen.
Once, in First-year cash at target. It is not part of guaranteed annual cash or annual cash at target, because it does not repeat. If it has to be repaid when you leave early, add that to Benefits & notes.
Choose what each package offers, from statutory coverage only to additional employer-paid cover for you or your family. It is shown in the comparison and the exports, but it is not given a monetary value or added to any total. Use Benefits & notes for the provider, limits, eligible family members, or any premium you pay yourself.
Not directly. All packages share one currency, and changing the currency only changes how amounts are displayed. It does not convert them. Convert any foreign offer yourself before entering it.
No. The tool does not calculate tax, social insurance, or take-home pay. With Gross selected, figures after costs are still before tax.
Enter your own monthly costs for a package, such as commuting or parking. They are multiplied by 12 and subtracted from guaranteed annual cash. Costs are never counted as income, and a higher cost is not treated as a gain.
No. Everything is calculated in your browser. Your entries are not sent to a server, not saved on your device, and not written into the page address. Closing or reloading the page clears them.
No. It shows the figures and the differences between them. Career growth, job security, the team, and many other factors are not part of the calculation, so the decision stays with you.
